
COACHING
At some point, most of us will hit a place where we feel a bit “stuck.” Maybe we have habits or unproductive ways of thinking that hold us back. Clients come to me for coaching because they want to work through these obstacles.
Our work together, as coach and client, is to re-direct old behaviors and thought patterns that stifle your progress, and instead, discover new ways to improve your life. My role is to guide you in taking action on your goals that help you draw out your true potential.
Process
Traditional coaching is grounded in asking questions. Questions hold the power to illicit ideas and resolutions. As humans, we tend to believe in, and are motivated by the ideas we generate. Coaching forces the conversations to be less about your thoughts and feelings, and more about creating solutions and taking actions that more you forward.
My process is a hybrid approach of traditional coaching combined with professional development training to develop the clients’ hidden strengths.
Many of my clients are either moving or aspiring to move into areas of greater responsibility. I work intently to focus on individual needs specific to my clients’ aspirations. Whether it’s elevating their communication skills, goal development, or navigating difficult situations, I offer expertise that supports their growth and development.
We start the coaching conversation with a Value Based Goal (VBG) exercise. Having clear VGB’s aids the client in making confident decisions that are in line with their priorities. Think of it as navigating from your own inner compass. Other benefits of living in alignment with value based goals:

Program Menu
1:1 Coaching
A focused approach to coaching designed for the client and their unique goals in a trusted environment. Each custom program involves identifying action steps to move the client forward. Sessions are tailored to allow time in the client’s schedule to make real world progress as a result of coaching.
Small Group Coaching
2-4 clients working on shared goals. Small Group Coaching is a great choice for teams that are setting performance goals, working towards a shared deliverable, or improving team culture. I use hands on SMART goal setting techniques to teach clients how to write achievable goals that set them up for success.
Team Workshops & Presentation Skills Training
In my 20+ career as a Creative Leader, I’ve honed the art of storytelling and provided tips and tricks to deliver influential presentations. These lessons are captured in a presentation skills workshop that looks at 3 areas for strengthening communication. Whether a formal presentation or improving day-to-day communication skills, this program has proven successful for teams at industry leading organizations. Team members also learn techniques for overcoming anxiety, building confidence in public speaking, while having fun along the way!
