Women’s Empowerment Network

I co-founded the Women’s Empowerment Network (WEN), a grass roots employee resource group that started on The North Face campus. WEN grew to include global offices and sister brands under VF Corporation, LLC. In 2018, I designed the “Confidence Workshop” with content and exercises to build skills in self empowerment and leadership. The success of the “Confidence Workshop” led to three encore presentations that were requested by VF Outdoor’s Human Resources Department.
