The easy and simple way to create a color and print POV is by limiting the number of swatches in a palette. Focusing the palette, managing color & print lifecycle and adopting a tiering strategy, delivers a consistent presence and creates a greater impact on the market. From 2017-2019, I worked with category leads across global regions to reduce the palette by 50%, leading to SKU efficiency and a unified presence for the brand.
